A New Voice Joins Moderne Press

You may have noticed a new voice shoutin’ from the Moderne Press rooftop. That’s me! Jamie. I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am to be joining Connie and since you have been so kind to read my writings, I thought I would tell you a little bit about myself.

I found PR, or maybe I should say PR found me, about five years ago. I instantly fell in love and knew that I had found my dream job, my career, something I was passionate about.  My years in marketing and copy writing prepared me well for my calling.

It’s exciting time for me -  to have the opportunity to work with someone I greatly admire. Connie’s passion, experience, and ability to foresee trends in the marketplace make coming to work each morning a thrill for me. I love being part of a creative, collaborative team, and helping to grow entrepreneurial business in America. I love that I still get just as excited as the client when securing amazing coverage for them. And why am I so excited about joining Moderne Press? I would have to say helping boutique brands grow and the people behind those brands live their dream. Cheesy, but true.

A few things that make me who I am…

• My two beautiful little girls – my mischievous angels keep me on my toes.
• My work – the thrill of connecting those with a story to tell with writers who tell stories about interesting people.
• The Ocean – everything about it – the smell, the sound, the sand, the mist. I feel deeply connected to the sea.
• Laughter – make me laugh and I will love you forever.
• My family – their support, their love, their grief, their joy. I am grateful for it all.
