Prismera Design recently launched a new addition to their site, the Tinker Supply Co. Carefully curated by designer Laura Su, the collection is comprised of new, handmade, eco-friendly and vintage goods – all tools for simple living. The shop launches with items such as beautiful recycled glass tumblers, wire baskets, and luxurious leather ribbon keychains.

“This shop was born out a love for simple, well made goods that are both beautiful and practical,” says Laura. Check out all the goods on their site and make sure to follow their blog for updates on new additions!

I love having an assortment of vases in different shapes and sizes on hand – to fit everything from a simple garden-cut bloom to a farmer’s market bouquet. These beautiful handblown versions at Canvas are on my wishlist since they have a simple elegant shape that works in both the most casual and fancy of environments.

Hammocks & High Tea unveiled their Fall 2010 collection today, and we’re so excited to share it with you!  This season, designer Karen Young returns with her signature tea towels, placemats, drawer liners and sachets, but also has introduced pillows and room/linen sprays – all of which are divine. Have you seen the Jane Austen-inspired goods by Etsy shop, Brookish? Since I have a certain fondness for Pride & Prejudice, I can’t help but adore these simple yet charming mugs with Mr. Darcy quotes on them.

After missing out on West Elm’s steel-plated sawhorse desk, I’ve been searching for alternatives and stumbled across this polished nickel one by Williams-Sonoma Home. (Did you know they had furniture? I certainly did not.) Way out of my budget, but I love the glamorous metal on the timeless sawhorse legs.

Silverado + Pony

For the past few months, I have been looking for a new table and chairs to double for dining and work space purposes. I finally went with CB2′s Silverardo Round Table and Pony Chairs; they arrived over the weekend, and I can’t tell you how excited I am. I love the overall modern, yet timeless look they have together!
